K – 12 Boys Gymnastics
Boys Recreational Gymnastics
Athletes will develop skills on floor exercise, pommel horse, still rings, vault, parallel bars, and the high bar. Boys will also develop strength and flexibility which are basics for advancement in other sports. All boys recreational classes focus on individual progress with a 1:8 coach to student ratio.
Our recreational gymnastics program is designed to introduce children to basic gymnastics positions and skills while developing coordination, strength and flexibility — all in a positive, highly active and fun learning environment. Children don’t like waiting in line, so we use Skill Stations and keep kids students moving and trying skills the majority of class time.
