Inclement Weather Policy:  If Lawrence Public Schools are cancelled LGA will not be open for daytime classes or PMO/PAO.  If the weather clears, LGA will make a decision by 3:00 p.m. if classes starting at 4:00 p.m. will be held.  You can check the home home page of our website for updates the LJWorld or our phone line.  Due to classes cancelled for weather LGA will offer open gym passes or a make up in another class, but only if space is available.

Lawrence Gymnastics & Athletics Make-up Policy

The tuition that you pay covers your child’s spot in your child’s class. As a courtesy, Lawrence Gymnastics & Athletics offers two make-up classes per semester term.  You must call in before the start of class and let us know you will miss, only these will be allowed make ups.  Make up’s can only be scheduled in classes that have space and does not negatively affect the quality of class for other students. If a make up can not be scheduled in a class that has space, we will give your child an Open-Gym Pass.

You must register for make up’s in advance.  Failure to schedule a make-up within 24 hours of missing class results in forfeiting the make-up.
