In 1994, Lawrence Gymnastics Academy was founded by David Sakumura and began “Building Better Kids” in ~3,000 sq/ft of space at 25th & Iowa St.
In 2000, LGA moved to our current 10,000+ sq/ft building at 4930 Legends Drive.
LGA is the only fully equipped State-of-the-Art Men’s & Woman’s Artistic Gymnastics facility in Douglas County. We proudly offer Preschool, Recreational, and Team gymnastics as well as Birthday Parties and childcare programs for the families of Lawrence and its surrounding communities.
